ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការត្រួតពិនិត្យក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌនៃកម្មវិធីហិរញ្ញប្បទានអាកាសធាតុនៅកម្ពុជា (Cambodia Climate Finance Facility-CCFF) ក្រោមមូលនិធិអាកាសធាតុបៃតង (Green Climate Fund)

រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម (ARDB) បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការត្រួតពិនិត្យ (Oversight Committee “OC”) ក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌកម្មវិធីហិរញ្ញប្បទានអាកាសធាតុនៅកម្ពុជា (CCFF) តាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ ក្នុងនាមជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម រស់ សីលវ៉ា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួង សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ, ធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កូរ៉េ (Korea Development Bank “KDB”), ក្រុមហ៊ុន Mekong Strategic Capital (MSC), និងក្រុមការងារអនុវត្តកម្មវិធី CCFF (CCFF Working Group)។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗចំនួន រួមមាន៖ (១) ពិនិត្យលើវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធី CCFF រួមទាំងសមិទ្ធផលសម្រេចបាន, (២) ពិភាក្សា និងផ្តល់ការតម្រង់ទិសជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ លើអាទិភាពការងារ និងទិសដៅអនុវត្តបន្ត ដើម្បីធានាប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងការសម្រេចបាននូវគោលដៅរបស់កម្មវិធី និង (៣) ពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការសម្របសម្រួលរវាងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីជំរុញការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព តម្លាភាព និងនិរន្តរភាព។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនាពេលសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ០៥កើត ខែអស្សុជ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។

H.E. Dr. Kao Thach chaired the 1st of the Oversight Committee (OC) Meeting of the Cambodia Climate Finance Facility (CCFF) under the Green Climate Fund (GCF).

Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), chaired the 1st of the Oversight Committee (OC) Meeting of the Cambodia Climate Finance Facility (CCFF), held virtually, on behalf of H.E. Ros Seilava, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The meeting was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), Korea Development Bank (KDB), Mekong Strategic Capital (MSC), and the CCFF Working Group.

The meeting focused on three key objectives: (1) Review the progress of CCFF implementation, including key achievements to date; (2) Discuss and provide strategic guidance on priority activities and the way forward to ensure effective implementation and achievement of the Facility’s objectives; and (3) Strengthen cooperation and coordination among relevant stakeholders to promote the effective, transparent, and sustainable implementation of the Facility.

The meeting was held in the afternoon of October 16, 2026.
