នៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កងទ័ពជើងគោក នៃកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ និងកងទ័ពជើងគោកឥណ្ឌា បានរៀបចំពិធីបិទសមយុទ្ធទ្វេភាគី កម្ពុជា–ឥណ្ឌា លើកទី២ (CINBAX II) នៅមូលដ្ឋានកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ តេជោសែន ភ្នំធំម្រះព្រៅ ស្ថិតក្នុងស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ម៉ៅ សុផាន់ អគ្គមេបញ្ជាការរង នៃកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ និងជាមេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពជើងគោក និងឯកឧត្តម ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋឥណ្ឌាប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
សមយុទ្ធ CINBAX II បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅរយៈពេល ០២ សប្តាហ៍ ដោយផ្តោតលើការហ្វឹកហ្វឺនរួម ការពង្រឹងអន្តរប្រតិបត្តិការ ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍វិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងការកសាងទំនុកចិត្តរវាងកងទ័ពនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ស្របតាមក្របខណ្ឌប្រតិបត្តិការក្រោមអាណត្តិអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ។ សកម្មភាពហ្វឹកហ្វឺនរួមមាន ការហ្វឹកហ្វឺនក្នុងទីបញ្ជាការ ការអនុវត្តលំហាត់យុទ្ធវិធី ការហ្វឹកហ្វឺនបាញ់គ្រាប់ពិត ការហ្វឹកហ្វឺនប្រតិបត្តិការឡោមព័ទ្ធ និងឆែកឆេរ (CASO) ប្រតិបត្តិការចូលគ្រប់គ្រងអគារ (House Intervention) ព្រមទាំងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍លើបច្ចេកវិទ្យាទំនើប ដូចជា ការប្រើប្រាស់ដ្រូន និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាប្រឆាំងដ្រូន។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ម៉ៅ សុផាន់ បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះជោគជ័យនៃសមយុទ្ធនេះ និងបានបញ្ជាក់ថា CINBAX មិនត្រឹមតែជាសកម្មភាពហ្វឹកហ្វឺនយោធាប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជានិមិត្តរូបនៃសាមគ្គីភាព មិត្តភាព និងភាពជាដៃគូដ៏រឹងមាំរវាងកម្ពុជា និងឥណ្ឌា។ ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា កម្ពុជា និងឥណ្ឌា មានទំនាក់ទំនងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ វប្បធម៌ និងអរិយធម៌ជាមួយគ្នាតាំងពីរាប់ពាន់ឆ្នាំមុន ហើយក្នុងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រសម័យទំនើប ឥណ្ឌាក៏ជាប្រទេសមួយដែលបានឈរជាមួយកម្ពុជា ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលស្តារប្រទេសឡើងវិញក្រោយឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តម Vanlalvawna Bawitlung ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតឥណ្ឌាប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានសម្តែងការពេញចិត្តចំពោះលទ្ធផលនៃសមយុទ្ធ និងបានលើកឡើងថា សមយុទ្ធ CINBAX II បានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងអំពីទំនុកចិត្ត ការយល់ដឹងគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដែលកំពុងរីកចម្រើនរវាងកងទ័ពនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។ ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យការពារជាតិរវាងកម្ពុជា និងឥណ្ឌា បានបន្តពង្រីកតាមរយៈការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ការកសាងសមត្ថភាព និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរវិជ្ជាជីវៈជាបន្តបន្ទាប់។
ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ម៉ៅ សុផាន់ និង ឯកឧត្តម Vanlalvawna Bawitlung បានសម្តែងនូវការកោតសរសើរចំពោះកងកម្លាំងចូលរួម ដែលបានអនុវត្តសមយុទ្ធនេះប្រកបដោយវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ស្មារតីសាមគ្គីភាព និងការគោរពគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក រហូតបានបិទបញ្ចប់ប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ និងបានបន្តពង្រឹងមិត្តភាព ភាពជាបងប្អូន និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងកងទ័ព និងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំថែមទៀត។
The 2nd Edition of Cambodia–India Bilateral Exercise (CINBAX II) Successfully Concluded
On 16 May 2026, the Royal Cambodian Army and the Indian Army held the closing ceremony of the 2nd Cambodia–India Bilateral Exercise (CINBAX II) at the Techo Sen Phnom Thom Mreas Prov RCAF Training Center, located in Samrong Tong District, Kampong Speu Province.
The ceremony was co-presided over by H.E. General Mao Sophan, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and Commander of the Royal Cambodian Army, and H.E. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Exercise CINBAX II was conducted over a period of two weeks, focusing on joint training, strengthening interoperability, exchanging professional experiences, and building mutual trust between the armed forces of both countries in accordance with the framework of United Nations mandated operations. Training activities included command post exercises, tactical drills, live-fire exercises, Cordon and Search Operations (CASO), House Intervention operations, as well as exchanges of experience on modern technologies such as drones and counter-drone systems.
General Mao Sophan highly praised the successful conduct of the exercise and stated that CINBAX is not merely a military training activity, but also a symbol of solidarity, friendship, and the strong partnership between Cambodia and India. He further emphasized that Cambodia and India share historical, cultural, and civilizational ties dating back thousands of years, and that in Cambodia’s modern history, India was among the countries that stood with Cambodia during the national reconstruction period following 1979.
H.E. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, Ambassador of India to Cambodia, expressed his satisfaction with the outcomes of the exercise and noted that CINBAX II reflected the growing mutual trust, understanding, and cooperation between the armed forces of both countries. He also highlighted that defence cooperation between Cambodia and India has continued to expand through training, capacity building, and ongoing professional exchanges.
General Mao Sophan and H.E. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung commended all participating troops for conducting the exercise with professionalism, solidarity, and mutual respect, leading to the successful conclusion of CINBAX II, which further strengthened friendship, brotherhood, and cooperation between the armed forces and peoples of both countries.
