ភ្នំពេញ៖ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម (ARDB) និងសហការី បានទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយតំណាងក្រុមហ៊ុន Bete Group ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅក្រុងចេងទូ (Chengdu) និងក្រុមហ៊ុន Nanning Rail Transit Sci-Tech Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. ដែលជាក្រុមហ៊ុនបុត្រសម្ព័ន្ធរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន Nanning Rail Transit Group ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅតំបន់ស្វយ័តក្វាងស៊ី (Guangxi) ប្រទេសចិន ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីឱកាសនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងកម្ពុជា-ចិន និងស្វែងយល់អំពីផលិតផល និងដំណោះស្រាយសំខាន់ៗរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន រួមមាន ប្រព័ន្ធដឹកជញ្ជូនឆ្លាតវៃ (MaaS) សម្រាប់វិស័យកសិកម្ម ដំណោះស្រាយឌីជីថលសម្រាប់សម្ភារៈកសិកម្ម និងសេវាកម្មហិរញ្ញប្បទានជនបទ ដើម្បីជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យកសិកម្មប្រកបដោយនវានុវត្តន៍ និងនិរន្តរភាព។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រ ១០ កើត ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្នាក់ការកណ្តាលធនាគារ ARDB។

HE. Dr. Kao Thach chaired discussion with the representatives of Bete Company and Nanning Rail Transit Sci-Tech Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. 

Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), held a discussion with representatives of Bete Group, headquartered in Chengdu, China, and Nanning Rail Transit Sci-Tech Innovation Investment Co., Ltd., a specialized subsidiary of Nanning Rail Transit Group based in Guangxi, China, to discuss opportunities for Cambodia- China cooperation and explore the companies’ innovative solutions, including Mobility as a Service (MaaS) for agriculture, digital solutions for agricultural inputs, and rural financial services, with the aim of promoting innovation-driven and sustainable agricultural development.

The meeting was held on the morning of Friday, 24 July 2026, at the ARDB Headquarters .
