សមយុទ្ធទ្វេភាគីរវាង កងទ័ពជើងគោក កម្ពុជា-ឥណ្ឌា លើកទី២ (CINBAX II) ត្រូវបានចាប់ផ្តើមជាផ្លូវការ។
នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កងទ័ពជើងគោក នៃកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ និងកងទ័ពជើងគោកឥណ្ឌា បានរៀបចំពិធីបើកជាផ្លូវការ សមយុទ្ធ CINBAX II នៅមូលដ្ឋានកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ តេជោសែន ភ្នំធំម្រះព្រៅ ស្ថិតក្នុងស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក អ៊ួន សារឿន មេបញ្ជាការរង កងទ័ពជើងគោក និងលោកវរសេនីយ៍ឯក ABHISHEK ARORA នាយការិយាល័យអនុព័ន្ធយោធាឥណ្ឌាប្រចាំកម្ពុជា។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក អ៊ួន សារឿន និងលោកវរសេនីយ៍ឯក ABHISHEK ARORA បានសម្តែងការពេញចិត្តចំពោះការរីកចម្រើននៃទំនាក់ទំនង និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងកងទ័ពជើងគោកកម្ពុជា–ឥណ្ឌា ដែលបានបន្តពង្រឹងឥតឈប់ឈរ តាមរយៈការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនកិច្ច ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងសមយុទ្ធរួមនានា។
សមយុទ្ធ CINBAX II នឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានសកម្មភាពហ្វឹកហ្វឺនលើជំនាញជាច្រើនទាំងនៅក្នុងទីបញ្ជាការ និងលើទីលានអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង ដែលបានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមរបស់ប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាពត្រៀមប្រតិបត្តិការ ការយល់ដឹងគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ស្របតាមស្មារតីនៃមិត្តភាព កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវរួមក្នុងការថែរក្សាសន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពក្នុងតំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិ។
The 2nd Edition of Cambodia–India Bilateral Exercise (CINBAX II) Officially Commences
On Wednesday morning, 6 May 2026, the Royal Cambodian Army and the Indian Army officially inaugurated Exercise CINBAX II at the Techo Sen Phnom Thom Mreas Prov RCAF Training Center, located in Samrong Tong District, Kampong Speu Province. The opening ceremony was presided over by Lieutenant General Oeun Saroeun, Deputy Commander of the Royal Cambodian Army, and Colonel Abhishek Arora, Defence Attaché of India to Cambodia.
On this occasion, Lieutenant General Oeun Saroeun and Colonel Abhishek Arora expressed their satisfaction with the continued progress in relations and cooperation between the Royal Cambodian Army and the Indian Army, which have been steadily strengthened through exchange visits, training programs, and joint exercises.
Exercise CINBAX II will take place from 3 to 18 May 2026 and will include a wide range of training activities conducted both in command post settings and field training environments. The exercise reflects the shared commitment of both countries to enhancing operational readiness, mutual understanding, and cooperation in the spirit of friendship, partnership, and shared responsibility in maintaining regional and international peace and stability.
