ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងវគ្គទី ៣ នៃពិធីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ លើសេចក្តីព្រាងនៃរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវរបស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌល អគ្គបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ អូន ព័ន្ធមុនីរ័ត្ន សម្រាប់ការសិក្សាគោលនយោបាយ និងបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល (APM)

ភ្នំពេញ៖ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម (ARDB) បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីក្នុងវគ្គទី៣ នៃពិធីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ លើសេចក្តីព្រាងនៃរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវចំនួន ១ របស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌល អគ្គបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ អូន ព័ន្ធមុនីរ័ត្ន សម្រាប់ការសិក្សាគោលនយោបាយ និងបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល (APM) នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះត្រូវបានផ្តួចផ្តើមឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្ដល់ឱកាសដល់ក្រុមការងារស្រាវជ្រាវនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌល APM ធ្វើបទបង្ហាញពីលទ្ធផលបឋមនៃរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវលើប្រធានបទស្តីពី “The Role of Development Finance Institutions in Supporting Agricultural Cooperatives in Cambodia: A Comparative Study and the Case of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank” សំដៅពិនិត្យ និងប្រមូលធាតុចូលបន្ថែម ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យការវិភាគ និងការរៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវនេះ កាន់តែមានគុណភាព និងអនុលោមតាមស្តង់ដារនៃការបោះ​ផ្សាយ។ 

ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច បានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់សមាជិកទាំងអស់នៃក្រុមការងារស្រាវជ្រាវរបស់ធនាគារ ARDB បន្តខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពស្រាវជ្រាវបន្ថែមតាមគ្រប់មធ្យោបាយទាំងតាមរយៈការទាញយកផលប្រយោជន៍ពីធនធានដែលមានស្រាប់ដូចជា បណ្ណាល័យ និងការបន្តការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បណ្ឌិត និងអនុបណ្ឌិត ទាំងក្នុង និងក្រៅប្រទេស ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សមត្ថភាពខ្លួនបន្ថែមទៀតផងដែរ។

Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), presided over the opening of the Third Consultation Workshop on a draft research paper prepared by the research team of the Akkak Pundit Sapheachar Aun Pornmoniroth Center for Policy Studies and Training (APM Center) on the morning of October 14, 2025.

The workshop served as a platform for the APM Center research team to present the preliminary findings of their study titled “The Role of Development Finance Institutions in Supporting Agricultural Cooperatives in Cambodia: A Comparative Study and the Case of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank”, and to gather feedback to further enhance the quality of the analysis and ensure the report meets publication standards.

On this occasion, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach encouraged all members of ARDB’s research working groups to continue strengthening their research capabilities through all possible means, including making use of available resources such as the ARDB library and pursuing further studies at the PhD and master’s levels, both domestically and abroad.
