ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់វគ្គទី២ លើសេចក្តីព្រាងនៃរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវចំនួន ២ របស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌល អគ្គបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ អូន ព័ន្ធមុនីរ័ត្ន សម្រាប់គោលនយោបាយ និងបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល (APM)

ភ្នំពេញ៖ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម (ARDB) បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់វគ្គទី២ លើសេចក្តីព្រាងនៃរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវចំនួន ២ របាយការណ៍របស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌល អគ្គបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ អូន ព័ន្ធមុនីរ័ត្ន សម្រាប់គោលនយោបាយ និងបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល (APM) នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី១៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះត្រូវបានផ្តួចផ្តើមឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្ដល់ឱកាសដល់ក្រុមការងារស្រាវជ្រាវនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌល APM ធ្វើបទបង្ហាញពីលទ្ធផលបឋមនៃរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវចំនួន ២ ដែលប្រធានបទទី១ ស្តីពី “MSMEs Development in Cambodia: An Institutional Analysis through the Lens of the Development State” និងប្រធានបទទី២ ស្ដីពី “Assessing the Transition of Low-Carbon Rice Cultivation in Selected ASEAN Countries: Implications for Cambodia” សំដៅពិនិត្យ និងប្រមូលធាតុចូលបន្ថែមសម្រាប់ការរៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវ ដើម្បីឱ្យរបាយការណ៍នេះសម្រេចបានគុណភាពកាន់តែប្រសើរ និងអនុលោមតាមស្តង់ដារនៃការបោះផ្សាយ។

ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច បានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់សមាជិកទាំងអស់នៃក្រុមការងារស្រាវជ្រាវរបស់ធនាគារ ARDB បន្តខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពស្រាវជ្រាវបន្ថែមតាមគ្រប់មធ្យោបាយទាំងតាមរយៈការទាញយកផលប្រយោជន៍ពីធនធានដែលយើងមានស្រាប់ដូចជា បណ្ណាល័យ និងការបន្តការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បណ្ឌិត និងអនុបណ្ឌិត ទាំងក្នុង និងក្រៅប្រទេស ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សមត្ថភាពខ្លួនបន្ថែមទៀតផងដែរ។

Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), presided over the opening of the Second Consultation Workshop on the two draft research reports prepared by the research team of the Akkak Pundit Sapheachar Aun Pornmoniroth Center for Policy Studies and Training (APM Center), on the afternoon of October 13, 2025.

This workshop was initiated with the objective of providing an opportunity for the APM Center team to present the preliminary findings of the two research studies titled “MSMEs Development in Cambodia: An Institutional Analysis through the Lens of the Development State” and “Assessing the Transition of Low-Carbon Rice Cultivation in Selected ASEAN Countries: Implications for Cambodia”, and to gather additional inputs for improving the quality of these research reports and ensure the report meets publication standards.

On this occasion, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach encouraged all members of ARDB’s research group to continue strengthening their research capabilities through all possible means, including leveraging existing resources such as the library and pursuing higher degrees—either a master’s or PhD—both domestically and abroad, in order to further develop their capacities.
