ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់វគ្គទី១ លើសេចក្តីព្រាងនៃរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវ របស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអគ្គបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ អូន ព័ន្ធមុនីរ័ត្ន សម្រាប់ការសិក្សាគោល នយោបាយ និងបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល
ភ្នំពេញ៖ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម (ARDB) បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់វគ្គទី១ លើសេចក្តីព្រាងនៃរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវចំនួន ១ របស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអគ្គបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ អូន ព័ន្ធមុនីរ័ត្ន សម្រាប់ការសិក្សាគោលនយោបាយ និងបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល (APM) នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះផ្តួចផ្តើមឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្ដល់ឱកាសដល់ក្រុមការងារស្រាវជ្រាវនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌល APM ធ្វើបទបង្ហាញពីលទ្ធផលបឋមនៃរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវលើប្រធានបទស្តីពី “Agri-food Processing SMEs in Cambodia: Challenges, Opportunities, and Policy Directions” សំដៅផ្ដល់មតិស្ថាបនា និងប្រមូលធាតុចូលបន្ថែម ដើម្បីឱ្យរបាយការណ៍នេះសម្រេចបានគុណភាពកាន់តែប្រសើរ។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីតួនាទីរបស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌល APM និងសារៈសំខាន់នៃការស្រាវជ្រាវ ដែលជាផ្នែកមួយដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការរួមចំណែកដល់ការសម្រេចបាននូវទស្សនវិស័យរបស់ធនាគារ ARDB ក្នុងការលើកស្ទួយជីវភាពរបស់កសិករ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គម រួមទាំង វិស័យបៃតង ផងដែរ។
Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), presided over the opening of the First Consultation Workshop on the draft research report prepared by the research team of the Akkak Pundit Sapheachar Aun Pornmoniroth Center for Policy Studies and Training (APM Center), on the afternoon of October 10, 2025.
This workshop was initiated with the objective of providing a platform for the APM Center research team to present the preliminary findings of the research study titled “Agri-food Processing SMEs in Cambodia: Challenges, Opportunities, and Policy Directions,” to solicit constructive feedback and additional inputs from participants to enhance the quality of the research report.
On this occasion, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach also underscored the important role of the APM Center and highlighted the significance of research in supporting ARDB’s vision to uplift farmers’ livelihoods and promote socio-economic development including green sector.
