ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងទី២ នៃរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវស្តីពី“Linkages of Green Finance to Cambodian Sustainable Development Goals: The Contribution of ARDB”
ភ្នំពេញ៖ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម (ARDB) បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងទី២ នៃរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវស្តីពី “Linkages of Green Finance to Cambodian Sustainable Development Goals: The Contribution of ARDB” នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះត្រូវបានផ្តួចផ្តើមឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្តល់បទបង្ហាញពីសេចក្តីព្រាងទី២ នៃរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវ ដែលក្រុមការងារបានកែសម្រួលស្របតាមមតិយោបល់របស់អង្គសិក្ខាសាលា ដែលបានរៀបចំកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ សំដៅស្នើសុំយោបល់បន្ថែមដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យការវិភាគ និងការរៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវមួយនេះ កាន់តែមានគុណភាព និងអនុលោមតាមស្តង់ដារនៃការបោះផ្សាយ។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច បានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់សមាជិកទាំងអស់នៃក្រុមការងារស្រាវជ្រាវរបស់ធនាគារ ARDB ឱ្យខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរៀនសូត្រ ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពស្រាវជ្រាវបន្ថែម និងចូលរួមឱ្យបានកាន់តែសកម្មក្នុងកិច្ចការនេះ សំដៅចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់វប្បធម៌ស្រាវជ្រាវក្នុងស្ថាប័ន ក៏ដូចជានៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាផងដែរ៕
Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), presided over the opening of the Consultation Workshop on the Second Draft of the Research Report titled “Linkages of Green Finance to Cambodian Sustainable Development Goals: The Contribution of ARDB” on the morning of October 3, 2025.
The workshop was initiated to provide an opportunity for the researchers of ARDB to present the revised report following the first consultation workshop held on August 29, 2025, and to gather additional feedback to improve the quality of the analysis and ensure the report meets publication standards.
On this occasion, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach encouraged all members of ARDB’s research working groups to continue learning and strengthening their research capacity, as well as to actively participate in this important work, which will contribute to fostering a research culture both at the institutional and national levels.
