ក្នុងជំនួបជាមួយគ្រឹះស្ថានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ក្នុងតំបន់អាហ្វ្រិកនេះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម និងសមាគម ADFIAP ពិសេសការចែករំលែកនូវព័ត៌មានស្តីពីហិរញ្ញវត្ថុអភិវឌ្ឍន៍, ឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍,និងការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពស្ថាប័ន។

Macao, China: On October 23, 2025, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Chairman of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP) and Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), held courtesy meetings and discussions with three development financial institutions in the African region, which included Development Bank of Southern Africa, Land and Agricultural Bank of South Africa, and the Association of African DFIs (AADFI). During the meetings with the African DFIs, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach had underscored the strengthening of cooperations between the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank and ADFIAP with African Region, especially in information sharing on development finance, best practices, and institutional capacity building.
