«កម្ពុជា-ចិន និងបណ្តាប្រទេសមេគង្គ រួមគ្នាបង្កើនសាមគ្គីភាពតាមរយៈការរត់កម្សាន្តតាមដងទន្លេមេគង្គនៃទីក្រុងនរា រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ»
នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាគណៈអធិបតីក្នុងកម្មវិធី «រត់កម្សាន្តអបអរសាទរទិវាសប្តាហ៍នៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង ឆ្នាំ២០២៦» ដែលរួមមានការតាំងពិព័រណ៍រូបថតដើម្បីអបអរសាទរខួបលើកទី១០ នៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង តាមដងទន្លេមេគង្គនៃទីក្រុងនរា រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ កម្មវិធីនេះក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម វ៉ាង វិនពីន ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត និងតំណាងនៃស្ថានទូតប្រទេសមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង តំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន និងសាធារណជន សរុបប្រមាណ ៦០០នាក់។
ក្នុងឱកាសអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ទន្លេមេគង្គ ជានិមិត្តរូបដ៏រស់រវើក នៃមិត្តភាព កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ភាពធន់ និងការតភ្ជាប់រវាងបណ្តាប្រទេសនៅតាមបណ្តោយអាងទន្លេមេគង្គ ដែលមានទំនួលខុសត្រូវរួមគ្នាដើម្បីការពារ គ្រប់គ្រង និងថែរក្សាធនធានដ៏មានតម្លៃនេះសម្រាប់មនុស្សជំនាន់បច្ចុប្បន្ន និងអនាគត។ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបញ្ជាក់បន្ថែមទៀតថា កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង កំពុងឆ្ពោះទៅរកទស្សវត្សរ៍មាសថ្មីមួយទៀត ក្រោមមូលបទ «ការកសាងសហគមន៍មេគង្គ-ឡានឆាងរួមគ្នាជំនាន់ ២.០» ដែលផ្តោតលើការលើកកម្ពស់បន្ថែមទៀតនូវកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យសំខាន់ៗ រួមមាន ការពង្រឹងបន្ថែមលើការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានទឹកប្រកបដោយ ចីរភាព ពង្រីកការតភ្ជាប់ និងសមាហរណកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍបៃតង និងបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល ក៏ដូចជាការទ្រទ្រង់កំណើនប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន សម្រាប់ផលប្រយោជន៍ទៅវិញទៅមក របស់ប្រជាជនក្នុងអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង។
កម្មវិធីនេះក៏បានទទួលថវិកាសប្បុរសធម៌សរុបចំនួន ១១,៥៥៥ ដុល្លារអាម៉េរិក សម្រាប់បរិច្ចាគជូនមូលនិធិគន្ធបុប្ផាកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីទ្រទ្រង់ដល់ការថែទាំសុខភាពកុមារ ផងដែរ ។
On the morning of 28 March 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over the “Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) Week Fun Run 2026”, which included a photo exhibition to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the MLC along the Mekong River of Norea City in Phnom Penh. The event was also attended by His Excellency WANG Wenbin, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Cambodia, Ambassadors and representatives of Mekong-Lancang countries, representatives of the line-ministries and members of the public, totaling approximately 600 participants.
During attending the event, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister highlighted that the Mekong River is a vibrant symbol of friendship, cooperation, resilience, and connectivity among the countries along the Mekong Basin, with a shared responsibility to protect, manage, and preserve this invaluable resource for present and future generations. He further emphasized that the MLC is moving toward a new Golden Decade under the theme of “Jointly Building Mekong-Lancang Cooperation 2.0”, which focuses on further enhancing collaboration in key priority areas, including strengthening sustainable water resource management, expanding regional connectivity and economic integration, promoting green development and digital transformation, as well as supporting inclusive growth for the shared benefits of the peoples in the Mekong-Lancang sub-region.
The event also raised USD 11,555 for the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation, benefiting children’s healthcare.
